Within 48 hours of your enquiry, Kristen’s team will be in touch to schedule a complimentary 30-minute call. This is an informal conversation — no preparation required. You’ll talk through your project, your vision, your timeline, and your questions.

If the project is a good mutual fit, the next step is a paid in-home site visit. Kristen will walk your space, take measurements, discuss your lifestyle, and begin forming a design direction. This fee is credited against your project if you move forward.

Following the consultation, Kristen will prepare a detailed project proposal — scope, fees, timeline, and process. Once agreed, you’ll sign a clear design agreement and your project officially begins. From here, the only direction is forward.
